What is DHS:
The Discount Home Shopping Club (DHS Club) is an international organization of around 5 million members.
Membership is free and without any obligation what so ever.
Members can buy and get discounts on line through their shopping site on Internet, which contains their unique membership ID in the url.
Members can buy and get discounts off line with their shopping card, which contains their unique account number.
Membership:
There are 4 types of membership:
1. Shopping members have indicated only to participate as shopper, and not in any other activity. They receive no email concerning other activities. Shopping members receive only member discount points, like air miles with the difference you can cash them.
Membership is free
2. Associate members have the possibility to participate in the ClubAdvantage Training Program, to build their own business
They receive messages about the possibilities to make a business and a try out period of 30 days
Associate members receive member discount points and referral points
Membership is free
3 VIP members (VIP = Vasted Invested Member) are participating to build up their own business
They receive messages, on line and off line training, and support to build up their business
VIP members receive VIP discount points, referral points and Paypoints.
Membership costs 25 personal Paypoints per month
4. Membership of a (non-profit) Affinity Group. This is a sort of collective membership providing the organization with commission.
Discounts:
1. Member discount points (1 point is 0,01 dollar) is the amount of discount given to Shopping and Associate Members when making purchases.
2. VIP discount points (1 point is 0,01 dollar) is the amount of discount given to VIP members when making purchases. This is considerable higher than member discount points!
3. Referral fee is the commission to (only) Associate and VIP members on the purchase of the members they brought into the organization
4. Merchant Affiliate points is the commission to (only) VIP members on the purchase of any member of the whole DHS Club in a company they contracted
5. Paypoints is commission only for VIP members. (point is 1,00 dollar) There are 2 types of Paypoints:
a. Personal Paypoints, given for
1. your personal purchases
2. the purchases made by any Shopper or Associate Member within your organization who are not under another VIP member
b. Organizational Paypoints, to earn override commissions (organizational income) from the purchases and subscriptions made by the VIPs in your organization.
Organizational Paypoints
As you bring in new members in the DHS Club, they too will bring new members. So step by step you get more and more members under you, in what is called your down line. Some of them become also VIP member and build their own down line and have the right of the commission as any other VIP. The exact percentage of what you get paid as organizational income, depend on 2 elements:
1. The level you are in the organizational structure
2. The total amount of paypoints that has been made by all the VIPs in your down line
For example, 75 Paypoints per month give a payment level of 34%. 1500 Paypoints per month gives a payment of 52%. When you have 20 VIPs with each 75 Paypoints in 20 different lines under you, you have 1500 Paypoints and you get 780 dollar (52%). Each VIP under you has 75 points, of which he gets 34% = 25,50 dollar. That you will have to pay them, which is 20x25,50= 510,00 dollar. Your override earning is 270 dollar.
500 Paypoints give a payment level of 42%. So if you have 3 VIPs with 500 Paypoints each, you still have 1500 Paypoints, but you have to pay each 210 dollar (42% of 500), so in total 630 dollar. Your override earning will be 150 dollar. So the more lines, the more you earn, but if the lines are not deep, the chances are bigger to loose them. So the system starts to build first in depth, till you have a strong down lines, and than build new lines, to create more income.
How to become VIP with organizational income
To become a VIP you need on a monthly basis 25 personal Paypoints. The easiest way to achieve this is by paying 25 dollar (18,50 euro) per month, because you get this back as 25 Paypoints.
To be able to receive organizational income, you need on a monthly basis 75 points, This can be obtained by your personal purchases, or those from your Shopping or Associate members. But if you get 2 VIPs in 2 different lines, you get from them 2 x 25=50 Paypoints, with your 25 makes 75. The discount is 34%, which is around 25 dollar, so with this your membership is free and you can start to make income.
Training Program
The DHS Club is operating since 1997 and it has developed a very successful training program, which makes it possible in a reasonable period to build up a good monthly income. The training program contains an on line training course, with regular video conferences and special meetings and conferences. The strongest aspect of the training however is that you do not work on our own. You get all the support, by email, phone or otherwise from persons who are above you (your up line) and more advanced in the training. The moment you start they will build your first line and will do all the necessary work to your members, till you are ready to do it yourself. Step by step you than learn to build your second down line.
The training is done in 10 steps:
- the first 3 courses is to learn you the basics of the system
- in course 4 and 5 you learn to build and manage your own organization
- in 6 till 10 you learn advanced techniques in management, promotion and marketing
Pension
When you have completed the whole course, and your organization has reached the level of 6000 points per month, you are executive director. Than it becomes real interesting. Not only because you have a nice income per month, but also when another VIP in your down line reaches this level, you get 7,5 % of 6000 = 450 dollar every month as a supplementary income. And more important, you get this money for the rest of your life, even if you have stopped, which is interesting to build up your pension. The more executive directors with 6000 Paypoints, the more pension is guaranteed. Another thing to mention is, like with copy rights, this extra income is not only secured for the rest of your life, it can be passed on to others in the form of heritage.
International organized
Another element of importance to mention is, since we are dealing with an international organization, it doesn't matter where you find members or VIPs. They can be from all parts of the world. Also it doesn't matter where you live, as long as you have an Internet connection, you are in business. Also it is totally up to you how much time you want to give to this. So you can do it as a part time work for some extra money, or full time. The more time you spend, the more you earn. One thing I want to state very clearly, don't think this is a quick moneymaking thing. It will take time and work to build up step by step, but you will see in the program it is very exiting to participate.
Perspectives
The DHS Club started in the USA in 1997. Therefore the organization in the USA is much more advanced than in other parts of the world. Not only the on line sales (buying through Internet) but also the off line market (shops, restaurants etc). It is foreseen that buying through Internet will be a multi billion market in the near future. Government reports in the Netherlands predict a complete change of shops in the inner cities in 10 years, and many shops are expected to disappear. Since it is very interesting for companies to deal with consumer organizations (amount of members, publicity etc), we can expect that the off line market, buying with your club card in restaurants, gasoline stations, shops or what ever, will increase tremendously, especially in Europe. In the near future the DHS Club is planning a huge campaign to boost the off line market. Stepping in now, means securing you position in time. Most work has already be done, like automatic mails to member in their choice of language, now it is time to grab your chance.
My suggestion:
If you are seriously looking to make some money, I would suggest the following: Sign up for free as Associate Member. You will see on your personal site that your up liners start to build your personal down line with members. After 30 days you can decide to continue as VIP or not. When you do, you keep these members as your first down line and in the program your learn to build a second line. It is my experience that with a little effort you can finish the first 5 courses in 2 or 3 months. At that level you have a clear idea how it all works, and what the potential for you is. In the worst case scenario, meaning you are not able to find 2 VIPs in 2 lines under you, so you don't get organizational income, it will cost you at the most 75 dollars, or around 55 euros. But I am absolutely convinced that you will get your 2 VIP members already in the firis month. And remember as a VIP you have a much higher (sometimes up to 70%) discount than as Shopper or Associate Member!
